H&W Computer Systems (H&W) today announced Day One support for its software running under IBM’s CICS Transaction Server, version 5.2. This support is available for H&W’s SYSB-II®, SYSD®, CPMS®, JES2Web®, SYSJ, SYSM®, and Wizard Mail software.

H&W provides Day One support as part of the ongoing investment in its software portfolio to enhance value for both customers and prospects. “At H&W, we’ve been developing and standing behind our mainframe software for more than 35 years,” said Tracy Balkovic, Development Manager. “We attribute much of our success and longevity to providing exceptional service to customers.
