This award is a way to recognize dealers who provide exceptional service to our members
Melbourne, FL (PRWEB) June 20, 2014
Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) recently honored three auto dealers with its 2013 Watchdog Dealer of the Year award, in recognition of the superior service they provide to SCCU members. The awards are based on SCCU member survey ratings throughout the year, in addition to the total loan volume they generated for SCCU. This year’s winners include: Rosner Chevrolet of Melbourne, AutoNation Chevrolet of Pembroke Pines and AutoNation Ford of Miami. This is the third consecutive year Rosner Chevrolet and AutoNation Pembroke Pines were honored with this award.
“This award is a way to recognize dealers who provide exceptional service to our members,” says Jodie Kinley-Smith, SCCU’s indirect lending sales manager. "It has really been a focus of our credit union to share the member's voice, it is not our opinion, it is our actual members' opinions.”
This year marks the fifth year for the Dealer of the Year award program that started in 2009. Each dealer recognized receives a plaque to be displayed at the dealership and special promotion within SCCU’s membership. Throughout the year, any auto dealer who consistently earns a member rating of 4.5 stars or better is assigned special Watchdog status, and SCCU pays Watchdog rated dealers a higher commission for completed auto loan referrals.
SCCU stands behind its Watchdog philosophy of providing members with the peace of mind that their financial institution is looking out for them. Beyond ratings and reviews, SCCU Members' Watchdog promises to always watch out for members' financial interests in all aspects of their lives. SCCU fulfills its promise by using its experience and knowledge to assist members through the auto buying decision, and providing the most competitive auto loan rates with no hidden markup costs.
