Akorbi has hired Ralph Bonaduce as Vice President of International Services to support the company’s global and multilingual strategic initiatives. In this role, Ralph will be responsible for domestic and international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, which includes inbound customer service, outbound sales and marketing, as well as back office services in more than 160 languages. In addition, his team will manage Akorbi’s international interpretation, translation and transcription services.
Ralph is an industry leader with more than 14 years of experience in the BPO industry and an additional 19 years of experience in the natural gas energy industry. His background includes extensive experience in successfully managing U.S.-based, Tier 1 clients in the financial, telecommunications, cable, retail sales and consumer services industries, in both domestic and off-shore locations.
Prior to joining Akorbi, Ralph led international services for several multinational organizations, including: Affinitas Corp., LiveBridge, Inc. and HeroITES. His international experience spans work in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, India and Latin America.
Ralph will work with Akorbi’s leadership team to support the company’s expansion in several strategic international markets. He will lead the company’s efforts to deliver on the division’s value proposition, which is based on providing quality, affordable and flexible service solutions in more than 160 languages.

Ralph has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. His post-graduate studies include the Management Development program at Northwest Natural Gas Co., as well as Marketing studies at the University of Oregon.
