Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) June 26, 2014
Avant Strategies was recognized at the 2014 AMA Phoenix Spectrum Awards in both the Integrated Marketing Campaign for Non-Profit and Broadcast Television categories. The May 14th event took place at the Musical Instrument Museum and featured some of the Valley’s top advertising, marketing and public relations agencies.
“These awards are a win for taking the time to tell a story well, not just on television, but online, out of home and in print,” said Marco Ceglie, president and executive creative director of Avant Strategies. “At Avant we believe in the capacity of the audience to engage in a way that moves them, that makes them think. After carefully crafting the campaign alongside tribal leaders and community members, we are very proud of the unique and powerful production we were able to share. We are appreciative of the recognition by the Spectrum Awards and excited to continue creating innovative and effective campaigns for our clients.”
Avant Strategies received both awards for the 2013 “This Is Our Way” campaign, produced for the Arizona Indian Gaming Association and designed to illustrate the mutual benefits of tribal gaming for the state of Arizona and tribes.
“Sharing is a fundamental aspect of the Native American community and culture,” said Valerie Spicer, the executive director of the Arizona Indian Gaming Association. “We wanted to capture that essence while telling Arizonans about the facts, figures and benefits of tribal gaming revenues not just for the tribes, but for everyone. Avant’s approach with the “This is Our Way” campaign does that in a way that is original, moving and informative. We couldn’t be happier with the results.”
