Coverys, a leading provider of medical professional liability insurance, is pleased to announce that Rebecca Stevenson has joined the marketing department as a territory manager for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia, effective July 2, 2014. Stevenson will be responsible for managing the distribution network and new business development for the Mid-Atlantic territory.

Stevenson brings over eight years of experience in the medical professional liability insurance marketplace. Prior to joining Coverys, Stevenson was a marketing manager for ProAssurance where she was responsible for retention, new business growth, agent education and developing marketing strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked for two agencies and had various responsibilities including sales, developing and forecasting modeling programs, prospecting and business development.
Stevenson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia and a Master of Science degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She is a licensed Property & Casualty and Life and Health Insurance producer and has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Service Representative designations.
