Chicago, IL (PRWEB) July 15, 2014

Speakers include:
Louis Chiappetta, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP

Adam Nach, Lane & Nach, P.C.
Rafael Zahralddin-Aravena, Elliott Greenleaf

After a bankruptcy case is filed, creditors typically file “proofs of claim” prior to a “bar date.” If the debtor does nothing to dispute a filed proof of claim, that claim evidenced by that proof of claim is generally “allowed” and will share pro rata in any distributions to claims in the same “class.” But what happens if the debtor “object” to a claim? This webinar will cover everything you ever wanted to know about claim objections but were afraid to ask.

Produced in conjunction with The Commercial Law League of America. 1.0 CLE credit available.
