CONTEC DTx Empowers Channel Partners with Innovative New Choice Partner Program

Technology Solutions Provider, CONTEC DTx (DTx) is shaking up the industry with the launch of its new Choice Partner Program. The new program incorporates input from customers, electronic manufacturing representatives and other partners resulting in an agreement that focuses on customer requirements, eliminates conflicts and leads the industry in flexibility and selection.


The Choice Partner Program allows partners to become trusted advisors to their customers with a full portfolio of options as opposed to specific line card based solutions.

CONTEC DTx INC. (DTx) announced today the launch of its Choice Partner Program to better support its growing customer base in the United States and Canada.

The Choice Partner Program is a game-changer for the technology industry which has a reputation for murky partner agreements forcing specific line card based solutions. DTx turned the tables on the typical process and began the program by soliciting input from customers and partners first. The resulting program:

1. Focuses on the customer requirements, not a pre-defined solution.
2. Eliminates potential conflicts of interest between partners.
3. Leads the industry in flexibility and selection.

“We knew that approaching prospective partners with another ‘me too’ program was not going to have the impact we wanted,” commented Brad Jens, EVP Sales and Marketing. “Our goal was to structure a clear and straightforward program that motivated our partners to help customers solve problems, not mindlessly peddle any one particular product line.”

With Contec DTx, participating partners have access to 800+ hardware products, 25 software products, engineering, manufacturing and integration capabilities to enhance their existing line cards. They are free to develop complete solutions which can be integrated at the CONTEC DTx headquarters in Melbourne, FL or any one of their overseas facilities in Taiwan, China or Japan.

For example, they can recommend CONTEC DTx standard products, tier 1 solutions like Dell or HP, incorporate products from other line cards or build a totally custom solution from the ground up. In addition to the infinite product options, CONTEC DTx Choice Partners can offer added service capabilities including life cycle management, logistics and post production support to meet the unique requirements of OEM customers.
