Peppercomm, an award-winning strategic, integrated communications and marketing firm, has promoted Maggie O’Neill to the role of managing director. O’Neill leads the firm’s consumer business portfolio and established the firm’s experiential offerings including sponsorship activation, corporate meetings, product launches and consumer events. She has deep experience finding new avenues for audiences to holistically experience a brand to help clients maximize ROI.

O’Neill, a partner with the company, has been with Peppercomm for 13 years, joining the firm as an account supervisor. Since then, she has won and grown multiple accounts in the consumer sector with marquee clients such as MINI Cooper, TGI Fridays and Whirlpool. She has won personal accolades including PR News People Awards, Event Marketer of the Year (2012) and has brought home industry accolades for her client work including PRSA Silver Anvil, PR News Agency Elite and BizBash Event Style Awards just in the past year alone.

She was also integral to the firm’s recent acquisition of Janine Gordon Associates (JGA) and oversaw the integration and development of JGAPeppercomm, a specialist team within Peppercomm with deep expertise in lifestyle, consumer and nonprofit industries.
