This module of Lucernex IWMS was specifically designed to streamline facility management processes and create true transparency across the entire location. This new advanced FM module will replace the previous facility-tracking module and is one of many new key features added in the newly released Lx Retail IWMS version 188.8.131.52.
Lx Facilities provides real-time facility maintenance, asset and vendor management that streamlines processes and dramatically improves reactive maintenance times while decreasing overall operating costs. Additionally, Lx Facilities provides true transparency into key asset and vendor information and, through its native integration with Lx Contracts, automatically specifies contract and lease responsibilities when generating a work order on any asset to optimize resource assignment and landlord communication.
The new FM Workbench creates a personal and configurable view across the entire Facility. Users can now quickly see New, Open or Closed – Service Requests, Work Orders and Invoices, and can define the key information displayed for each record. The FM Workbench also serves as a navigation tool by enabling quick one-click access to any Facility, Work Order, Service Request or Invoice.
100% of the Lx Facilities features are also available on your tablet as part of Lx IWMS Mobile, allowing users to complete work orders on-site including on-site data entry, photos and submission for approval.
