Westborough, MA (PRWEB) July 31, 2014

Oz Development, the provider of OzLINK®, a cloud-based solution that integrates and automates the order management process, today announced has expanded its set of “edge apps” to streamline fulfillment for QuickBooks users. OzLINK for QuickBooks enables customers to integrate their eCommerce applications such as Magento, ChannelAdvisor, and Amazon into QuickBooks, as well as automate warehouse operations with capabilities such as batch shipping and automation of ASN transactions for EDI.

OzLINK for QuickBooks has three major new capabilities that complement QuickBooks to further streamline fulfillment. These include:

  •     eCommerce application integration – This edge app integrates external eCommerce applications such as Magento, Volusion, ChannelAdvisor, Amazon, and eBay with QuickBooks. Orders no longer need to be typed into QuickBooks. Additionally, inventory and pricing information can be automatically synchronized between QuickBooks and a customers’ eCommerce applications.
  •     Batch fulfillment and shipping – This edge app allows customers with a large number of orders to streamline picking and shipping with batch processing. Batch processing includes options for integrated packing slips and shipping labels, and sorting orders by item, carrier, and warehouse location.
  •     Integrated ASN – This edge app streamlines EDI orders that require an Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) by integrating the pack validation process with shipping. Users capture the required ASN data as part of their pack/ship process, eliminating manual updates for trading partner portals, and shuttling paperwork back and forth to the front office. When UCC 128 labels are required, OzLINK prints these with the shipping labels, removing the need for compliant order staging areas.
With the growth of eCommerce, the fulfillment processes of QuickBooks users are getting more and more complex. With OzLINK, customers can support more growth in their operation, while reducing costs and improving order throughout and accuracy.

“OzLINK created significant value,” said Russell Garner, Operations Manager for Atlanta Barber Supply. “The team was extremely knowledgeable, which resulted in very smooth implementation.”
