I had to do something. Creating a homemade Youtube video was something I can do, something anyone can do. So I went ahead and did it.

Frustrated with the tragic Gaza War in which over 1,000 people have been killed Zane decided he could no longer keep quiet. He created an emotional and passionate Youtube video about the Gaza War. In the homemade Youtube video he presents an emotional argument with context. He used social media to reach out to people and educate them about the Gaza war.

The Youtube video is called "I Cry for Gaza" and can be watched at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSuhwNSACNI

In the video Zane presents a very passionate and emotional argument about the conflict. He goes through the history giving the viewer context and presents a number of facts. He also appears to be a moderate.

When asked why he made this video Zane replied, "I had to do something. Creating a homemade Youtube video was something I can do, something anyone can do. So I went ahead and did it."

The video since being uploaded to Youtube on July 28th, 2014 has proven to be quite popular. It already has picked up thousands of views.

Zane's homemade Youtube video is an example of how anyone with determination and passion can make an impact on an issue they believe in. It no longer gives people an excuse to sit back and feel hopeless about an issue they feel strongly about. With the birth and expansion of social media it has now become easier then ever to reach people with your message.

In Zane’s case he used it to educate people about a war he believes is tragic and is turning into a catastrophe.

Zane can be reached for comments and interviews at zaneviews(at)gmail(dot)com
