MWC, based in Iselin, New Jersey, is a family of companies that provides water and wastewater services to customers in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Lucidity’s ClearCARE team has been providing application managed services support and integration services to MWC for the last four years and will continue providing these services under the new five year managed services contract. In this capacity, Lucidity will help MWC leverage its information technology investments for improved system and application performance, better customer service, and an overall decrease in their IT operating expenses by adding a continuous improvement process component to their standard managed services offerings.
