Informed by the Latest Brain Science Advances, ‘UThrive’ is a Tool For the ‘Little Guy’

Thrive Consulting Group, Inc. announces the launch of UThrive, an interactive digital platform that helps small organizations and marketing professionals create and refine communications programs that are powered by purpose.

We created UThrive to help these organizations raise the bar through high-level insights and practical help,” says Thrive Consulting Group CEO Nathan Havey.

UThrive is a self-guided portal that allows members to get clear on why they do what they do, get moving towards their clearly articulated goals and consistently raise the bar on their efforts.

Once logged in members are prompted to go through a series of fundamental exercises that will inform their eventual marketing communications plan. Modules and posts are upbeat and casual in tone and have been designed to be fun and engaging.

The first thing members do is to select the metrics they want to track. The metrics should always be connected to broader organizational objectives. Tracking them helps members see what’s working and what’s not on a monthly basis and design innovative experiments to increase their effectiveness.

Sales? Website hits? Story mentions? An active social media presence? A growing supporter base? – whatever the measurement, UThrive provides a way to track it from day one.

With metrics, purpose and goals clearly articulated and storytelling resources at hand, the last activity in UThrive’s introductory series is to create a 90-day communications plan. This calendar allows members to plan tactics in advance, platform by platform. Storing these activities on the UThrive portal helps members apply rigor to their planning through consistent benchmarking and analysis.

The Wire is the section of UThrive devoted to weekly posts on the latest ideas, innovations and best practices in marketing communications from Thrive Consulting Group and outside experts.
