Discover the Universe with Girl Scouts

This year girls can sample Girl Scouting before joining. Lafayette Parish girls entering K-5 can get a sneak peak of Girl Scout activities from current members and volunteers, for free!

Ready for that super –excited, butterflies-in-the-stomach feeling? This year Girl Scouts of Louisiana - Pines to the Gulf is offering a way for girls to sample Girl Scouting before joining. Current members and volunteers will be on hand to demonstrate some Girl Scout activities and traditions and to answer questions for potential members and volunteers.

Saturday, August 23 at 10 a.m. Discover the Universe of Girl Scouts and how you can make every day the best day ever! Event is free to attend and open to all girls entering K-5 in Lafayette Parish and will be held at South Louisiana Community College. Girls must be accompanied by an adult.
