Humility of Mary Health Partners will offer SlimDown, a six-week weight-management program, beginning in September at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center in Boardman and at St. Joe’s at the Mall in Niles.
SlimDown teaches participants to manage their weight by making lifestyle changes with regard to food, physical activity and behavior.
Classes run from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays beginning Sept. 2 at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center, and Mondays beginning Sept. 8 at St. Joe’s at the Mall.
The cost for first-time participants is $40. The cost for individuals who’ve taken the class before and Humility of Mary Health Partners employees is $20.
