Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP is proud to announce that Adam DeVoe has been appointed Chairman of the board of directors for Denver B-cycle. DeVoe has served on the board since Denver’s shared bike system opened in 2010; he is a bike commuter and passionate recreational cyclist.

DeVoe’s practice is focused on environmental litigation and compliance, natural resources law and water rights. He represents private and public companies in air quality permitting and compliance, Clean Water Act permitting and compliance, Endangered Species Act issues, mineral rights development and permitting, water rights and allocation matters and federal and state administrative procedures.
DeVoe also represents clients on transactional matters including environmental due diligence, environmental permitting reviews and opinions and the purchase and sale of water rights.
