Connor Sport Court International (CSCI) is center court this weekend as Chicago becomes the epicenter of the sport of basketball. FIBA, USA Basketball, Nike and the Jordan Brand are joining forces to host a series of world-class events played outdoor on Connor Sports® hardwood surfaces and Sport Court® modular flooring at the 63rd Street Beach on the shoreline of Lake Michigan.
The World Basketball Festival will feature two CSCI courts that will showcase elite men’s basketball players. On the Connor Sports hardwood, members of the 2014 USA Basketball Men’s National Team will face off on a Connor Sports QuickLock portable basketball court as they train for the 2014 FIBA World Cup (also to be played on Connor Sports QuickLock portable courts). While on the Sport Court basketball court teams from the FIBA 3x3 World Tour will compete in the Chicago Masters’ event for their shot at the World Tour finals in Tokyo.
