RME360 announced today the appointment of Sandra Worm as General Manager and Brian Horan and Alex Brown both as Executive Sales Directors - Strategic Accounts. In these roles, Worm, Horan and Brown will further drive RME360’s momentum and growth as the company builds its top talent status and its reputation for delivering data-driven marketing solutions.

Sandra Worm empowers colleagues and staff and focuses on improving operational efficiencies. As General Manager, she will ensure the RME360 team works hand-in-hand with clients to support the growth of their businesses from RME360’s targeted direct marketing initiatives.

Worm’s 30 years of professional experience ranges from senior management to production and operations across varied industry segments including but not limited to financial, medical, business-to-business, automotive and retail. Worm will report to Chief Executive Officer Charles DallAcqua.

Brian Horan’s combination of financial services industry knowledge and marketing expertise and his 20+ years in the industry will help exceed RME360’s client acquisition goals through an integrated marketing and lead generation plan. As Executive Sales Director - Strategic Accounts, he hopes to help RME360 gain market share in the financial services vertical by demonstrating the value and new business potential that our solutions can deliver.

In his past leadership roles as Senior Marketing Manager and VP at Charles Schwab, Horan increased sales results for multiple regions, resulting in $80 million in managed funds from two dinner events, increased sales of mortgages and home equity lines of credit and realized record breaking sales growth despite volatile interest rate environment. Horan will also report to Chief Executive Officer Charles DallAcqua.

Alex Brown’s expertise in building contacts throughout the financial services industry and his nearly two decades in financial services has provided him the breadth and depth required to be a subject matter expert and build contacts throughout the financial services industry. As an Executive Sales Director-Strategic Accounts, Brown will target financial services firms that will benefit from RME360’s most tenured methods with regards to data analytics, seminars and digital marketing, among others.

As a former financial advisor at Harris Private Bank, Brown managed a $40 million portfolio for high net worth clients, and as a former VP at Fidelity Investments, he focused on the stock markets and advanced trading strategies. Brown will also report to Chief Executive Officer Charles DallAcqua.
