Global Relocation Firm, Graebel, Named Finalist for Multiple EMMA Awards Including Mobility Professional of the Year in EMEA

Graebel Companies, Inc. chief executive officer, William Graebel SGMS has been named a finalist for the Global Mobility Professional of the Year in the EMEA region by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM). Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. and Graebel Movers International, Inc. were also named front-runners.

Graebel Companies, Inc. chief executive officer, William Graebel SGMS has been named a finalist for the Global Mobility Professional of the Year in the EMEA region by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM). Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. and Graebel Movers International, Inc. were also named front-runners for Relocation Management Company of the Year and International Moving Company of the Year categories respectively. Additionally, the organization has been listed as a finalist in the Best Survey or Research Study of the Year category. The Forum for Expatriate Management was founded in October 2008 to unite the worldwide global mobility community with information and international events.

Annually, FEM hosts three international conferences for Human Resource professionals in the Global 100 and Fortune 500. At these conferences, the EMMA awards recognize achievements by corporations and suppliers that are leading the global relocation industry. In 2014, over two dozen corporate and supplier EMMA award categories will be determined by an independent judging panel selected by the FEM. Results will be announced at the Forum for Expatriate Management awards ceremony that will take place in London on November 7, 2014.

Collectively, in the EMEA, APAC and the Americas regions, the Graebel organization has been named a finalist for 11 EMMA awards.

In 2013, Graebel Relocation was recognized as the Highly Commended Relocation Management Company of the Year in the EMEA region. Also in 2013, in the Americas’, Graebel Relocation was recognized as the Relocation Management Company of the Year; and, Graebel Movers International, Inc., achieved the Highly Commended decree in the International Moving Company of the Year category. Each division also received the Americas' silver EMMA awards in their respective categories in 2012.
