CharityEngine Donor Management Software

We are excited to be on the Inc 5000 because it reflects the continued dedication and innovation of our incredible team. But just as important is the thrill in knowing our improvement is a reflection of the success seen by the organizations we serve.

(PRWEB) August 27, 2014

Inc. magazine ranked BIS Global, makers of CharityEngine nonprofit management software, number 2386 overall on its eighth annual Inc. 500/5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent-minded entrepreneurs. This is the first time BIS Global has been recognized for the list.

“We are excited to be on the Inc 5000 because it reflects the continued dedication and innovation of our incredible team.” said BIS Global CEO Philip Schmitz. “But just as important is the thrill in knowing our improvement is a reflection of the success seen by the organizations we serve, particularly those in nonprofit. Our growth means they are succeeding at making the world a better place and that is something worth celebrating.”

The company, born of the commercial business space but with a growing suite of solutions that manage donor management and fundraising for nonprofits like Wounded Warrior Project, has recently added some of the nation’s best known charitable organizations to its client list including the Marine Toys for Tots, Special Olympics Maryland, Ovarian Cancer National Alliance and Adopt-a-Pet.org.

In a slow economic environment, BIS Global’s 162 percent growth rate was higher than the overall growth rate of 122 percent for 2014 Inc. 500|5000 IT Services companies.

“2014 has been an enormously exciting year for our company beginning with moving to a wonderful new office overlooking Tysons Corner, launching the version 4.0 of our software with a completely reimagined user interface, and partnering with extraordinary new clients on their technology” Continued Schmitz. “Adding INC 5000 recognition continues to show that BIS is an exciting place to work with even more exciting opportunities for innovation.”
