CPAConnect, the companion association of CPAmerica International, announces the addition of Chris Logan as its new manager.
Logan will be joining the association on September 2 and will begin taking over the responsibilities of Ernest Moyer, Director of CPAConnect, who is retiring at the end of the year. Most recently, Logan was AVP, Business Banking Relationship Manager for Regions Bank in Orlando. Chris has an MBA from Florida State University and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa.
“We are really looking forward to Chris coming on board,” said Ernest Moyer, director of CPAConnect. “His background is similar to mine in many ways. I have no doubt the members will enjoy working with him in the future.”
“Ernie will be missed by all of us, including our member firms,” said Alan Deichler, president of CPAmerica. “He has been an integral part of CPAConnect, and also an integral part of CPAmerica’s family.”
Moyer announced the addition of Chris Logan in a recent issue of CPAConnect’s newsletter and will formally introduce him to the members at the upcoming CPAConnect Roundtable in Chicago to be held on October 22-24.
CPAConnect is comprised of 175 member firms, representing a select group of sole practitioners and small independent CPA firms from across the country. CPAConnect was founded in 1993, on the central belief that, by coming together as members, each firm could improve its performance, and grow and become more prosperous.
