Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts is proud to announce that the MRI Technology program is re-accredited for the 5 years of the accreditation cycle by American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).

The length of the MRI program is 13 months. Currently the program is offered at San Mateo and Modesto Campuses. Program starts once per year, but generally there are two start dates for prerequisites courses.
The program is designed to prepare the student to perform clinical MRI examinations of the human body with special consideration to image production, quality control, signal to noise ratio, and basic pulse sequences.
MRI Technology Program is recognized and accredited by American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT). At the same time Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technology Program is recognized by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts is a private academy offering quality allied-health and nursing programs operating 4 campuses in Northern California with locations in San Mateo, Modesto, Fresno and Concord. Gurnick offers such programs as: Vocational Nurse (LVN), Ultrasound Technology, Radiologic Technology, MRI Technology, Phlebotomy Technician, Psychiatric Technician, Physical Therapist Assistant (Associate of Science Degree) and Medical Assistant Program. Gurnick is institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Bureau for Health Education Schools (ABHES).
