New York, New York (PRWEB) September 03, 2014
The highly anticipated “Customer is King” Conference, originally scheduled for September in Microsoft elegant New York headquarters, will occur on November 4th, 2014. The official event, presented by popular media company SarderTV, includes several speakers with a range of experience in retail, human resources, entrepreneurship, management, investment and training.
Ira Neimark, former CEO of Bergdorf Goodman responsible for taking the luxury retailer from annual sales from $38 million to $250 million in 17 years, is the centerpiece of this event. Ira will act as keynote speaker and will also sign copies of “The Rise of Fashion and Lessons Learned at Bergdorf Goodman” after the event.
"This event is customer-facing, but I am imploring everyone to attend. All businesses have to attract and retain customers, regardless of the industry we are in, and we owe it to them to develop our skill and learn how to best serve them. What is the value of learning the keys to customer satisfaction from a living legend? It’s simply priceless," said Russell Sarder, author, investor and CEO of learning.
The full day conference aims to connect the dots for entrepreneurs and small-to-mid-sized businesses. There will also be a special presentation on Microsoft Dynamics CRM presented by a Microsoft product specialist.
Tickets are limited and registration for the event is priced at $199 through Eventbrite. The “Customer is King” conference is presented with support from Microsoft, NetCom Learning, Constant Contact, CXPA, Visibility Magazine and BRAC USA. Limited vendor opportunities and sponsor packages are available. For inquiries, contact: Kristina Villarini at Kristina(at)sardertv(dot)com or call: 646-747-5417.
