House of Fame, Mixed Martial Arts is Jacksonville's newest professional sports franchise dedicated to bringing high-profile, professional Mixed Martial Arts events to Jacksonville and throughout Florida. HOF will not only showcase the fastest growing sport in the world on a national media platform, but will promote worthy causes in the community. House of Fame MMA is honored to be a chosen sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), and will be dedicating all of their events to this charitable and necessary cause for Disabled Veterans.
“Fighter Energy® is excited to partner with Paris Tsitos and the entire HOF MMA team as they make their debut in the professional MMA arena. Having this event at a venue like the Veteran’s Memorial Arena in Fighter’s home city of Jacksonville is a real thrill for us." said Brian Smith, a former Rescue Swimmer with the United States Navy. At age 23, Smith developed Fighter Energy® during high-octane Counter Narcoterrorism missions around South America while home-ported at Jacksonville’s own Naval Station Mayport. He founded the company after 6 years of trial by sea and said, “The Ocean taught me what a truly powerful adversary is... it also taught me that defeat only exists in your mind. When you act with more intelligence and ferocity than your opponent, defeat is no longer an option and that’s what Fighter Energy® is all about.” Smith went on to talk about Tsitos' dedication to the Wounded Warrior Project, "Being a Veteran and knowing that Paris supports the WWP is a major reason Fighter Energy® jumped on-board with House of Fame MMA."
Smith's passion and commitment to making a difference in Veteran's lives is a key driving force behind Fighter Energy® and will be reflected in events dedicated to Veterans throughout the country. Tsitos remarked, "Having a sponsor with a healthy product seemingly tailor made for our sport is a no brainer, couple that with our like-minded passion for our Nation's Vets, and it was a very easy decision for us to partner with Fighter Energy®."
Fighter Energy® is also backing MMA fighter Preston Parsons who will be making his professional debut at the night's event. "We are stoked to have Preston Parsons join team Fighter, we know that Fighter Energy® will give Preston that extra kick to help launch him to victory!" said Smith. Preston Parsons, undefeated as an amateur, fights out of Ludus Martial Arts in Jacksonville. Billy Mitchell, owner of Ludus and Preston's trainer said of Parsons, "He is one of the hardest working young men I have ever seen. He is the first one in the gym in the morning and the last one to leave. He has become a role model to so many of our students and young people in the community." Of the product and sponsorship Parsons said, "Fighter Energy® gives me that extra boost to keep me going when I'm training or competing. It's an outstanding product and message; I'm excited to be a part of it all."
