Timmons Group is pleased to announce their newest Hampton Roads team member, Kenneth Turner, who has joined their firm’s Infrastructure Division as Senior Project Manager. Kenneth has over 30 years of environmental engineering experience, giving him a strong background and understanding in water treatment plant repair and upgrades, raw water reservoirs, pump stations, dam rehabilitation, pipeline projects and neighborhood water and sewer replacement projects.

Prior to joining Timmons Group, Kenneth was Engineering Manager for the City of Norfolk Department of Utilities, responsible for managing employees who delivered engineering design, top customer service, and construction inspection and administration services for the City of Norfolk. He has been part of numerous notable projects, including Moore’s Bridges and 37th Street water treatment plant upgrades; Lake Burnt Mills and Western Branch dam rehabilitation, construction management, large diameter pipeline replacement, and water and sewer pump station design; and several multi-phase neighborhood water and sewer system replacement projects. Kenneth is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
