Coogan has had an impressive and consistent track record in accelerating sales growth in a variety of technology startups, such as Think Dynamics (acquired by IBM), Avokia, and Terraspring (acquired by Sun Microsystems). Coogan also has the unique experience of being a Reserve Deputy and a Terrorism Liaison Officer at Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in Arizona.
