The Interlocal Puchasing System (TIPS) awarded Palomar Modular Buildings with their Portable/Modular Building contract allowing TIPS members to purchase modular buildings at favorable negotiated rates. The TIPS contract provides their members with a proven cooperative purchasing process that leverages the collective purchasing power of public and private school districts, colleges, universities, federal, state, county and city municipalities.
