We welcome NACDD and ScriptSave to our members’ rank, and are excited by the possibilities for collaboration on various efforts in the areas of chronic disease management, medication adherence, and community-focused disease prevention.

The Population Health Alliance, the leader in advancing the principles of population health, announced today that it has welcomed two new members to the association: National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) and ScriptSave.

“Working with other associations is a key component of PHA’s mission as we promote the importance of the principles of population health,” said Population Health Alliance interim Executive Director, Fred Goldstein. “We welcome NACDD to our members’ rank, and are excited by the possibilities for collaboration on various efforts in the areas of chronic disease management and community-focused disease prevention.”

“ScriptSave is another highly valued addition to our growing membership, since they are working with a segment of the market, the uninsured and under insured that needs to be brought into the fold to curb the prevalence of chronic and preventable disease. We are particularly interested in ScriptSave’s use of analytics to bring about savings for its customers and increased medication adherence,” said Goldstein.

PHA members work in a collaborative environment, and charter the agenda for the population health industry as a whole, through advocacy and research efforts. It is a community that shares information, data and outcomes among employers, payers, innovative technology startups, long-term providers of population health management solutions, and others.

The new members are:
