a la mode’s formfilling products are used by more than half of all appraisers in the United States. DataMaster is available in 40 MLS markets nationwide, with expectations to be in 50 total markets by the end of 2014.
DataMaster is currently integrated with a la mode’s legacy WinTOTAL system, and with this agreement will also be available in a la mode’s newer TOTAL 2013 formfilling platform.

DataMaster works seamlessly inside a la mode’s forms engines. It electronically transfers the data the appraiser selects, including MLS and public records data, directly into the comps grid. In seconds, DataMaster also calculates Fannie Mae’s 1004 Market Conditions report and transfers that information directly into the appraisal form. Additionally, it creates 16 graphs to clearly communicate market trends, and ensures GSE UAD compliance.
