Granbury Solutions has completed the asset acquisition of WineWeb.com, a leading provider of technology for the wine industry.

WineWeb, based in Santa Fe, NM, offers wineries nationwide a solid, easy-to-use e-commerce platform with integrated website management, customer relationship management, wine club, and point-of-sale.

This move, along with prior acquisitions of WineWare Software in 2013 and eWinery Solutions, which also closed this week, puts Granbury Solutions in a position of leadership in the wine technology market.
