Front Row Solutions has announced the development of a GEO location feature on its mobile CRM app, allowing sales managers to track geographical data for sales reporting.
Front Row Solutions is the first mobile CRM company offering the GEO location capability on its CRM app. The feature makes it possible for a sales manager to view the location at which the sales rep entered the data from a recent sales call.
When using the mobile CRM app, sales reps are able to enter information about a sales call within approximately 30 seconds. The sales manager is then able to access the resulting sales report within 60 seconds.
The GEO location feature allows sales managers to identify trends in sales reporting that impact the growth of a sales territory. When a sales manager enables the feature on the CRM app, he or she can monitor and track the behaviors of sales reps related to location and reporting. Once the manager receives a sales report from a rep, the view provides numbered pins on the map, with customizable mapping capabilities.
