Lone Star also conducted a broad benchmarking exercise focused on the Aerospace & Defense industry and found that its average “Overall Satisfaction” rating exceeding 98% was Best-in-Class.
In establishing the benchmarks, Lone Star assembled representative data extracted from Malcolm Baldrige Applications, industry presentations, and published articles and papers, and conducted a survey with more than 900 participants. The survey participants were focused on Aerospace & Defense and included small and large prime contractors providing systems, products and services.
