On Saturday, November 8th, Chapel Hill Wine Company is partnering with UNC Children’s Hospital to raise money through a fundraiser called “Corks for Kids.” The Children’s Hospital cares for 2.3 million children who reside in North Carolina, providing them with world-class medical attention regardless of whether their family can afford the care.

“Live Oak Bank is proud to be sponsoring this fundraiser that will benefit children in our home state,” commented JP Blevins, General Manager for Healthcare. “Since the bank provides financing for the healthcare community, we like to give back to the industries in which we serve. We are grateful to the physicians that provide outstanding care to over 70,000 children throughout North Carolina annually.”

“Support from partners like Live Oak Bank helps UNC Children’s Hospital continue to provide top-notch care to patients and families, not just in the Triangle region but throughout the entire state of North Carolina,” explained Keela Lyon, Director of Special Events. “We are eternally grateful to all of our sponsors who make a difference in the lives of children in our state.”
