The Collect+ Retail Week Enterprise Awards recognise and celebrate fast-growing, entrepreneurial companies with a turnover of up to £150m and the people behind their success, bringing together the very best of the industry for a glittering evening of recognition, celebration and networking. With 11 categories, the awards cover a wide range of achievements across the retail landscape.

George MacDonald, Executive Editor, Retail Week, said: “This is a great time in the UK, as innovative companies continue to grow, helping to ensure the country’s future economic success. That’s why we want to mark the importance of emerging companies and put them in the spotlight at this fantastic awards ceremony”.

In response to the news, Colin Steven CEO of http://www.betterbathrooms.com explained, “It’s fantastic to be shortlisted for Retailer and Employer of the Year. I strive to create a culture of innovation, giving each employee a sense of ownership on the business. This helps mould talent and nurture progression and it’s great to see staff progress and grow with the company. I’d have it no other way. I believe in my team and they demonstrate daily their belief in the business and our vision and it is great that Retail Week recognise that too."

Retail Week wanted to create a platform upon which we could shine a spotlight on these success stories – highlighting future industry leaders and demonstrating the brands shaping the future of the whole sector.
