Perspecta Trust today announces the debut of the book New Hampshire Trust Laws.

Since 2006, the principals of Perspecta Trust have been influential in shaping New Hampshire’s restructured trust statutes. Starting with the Trust Modernization Act of 2006, and with successive legislative bills in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2014, Perspecta Trust has played a pivotal role in making New Hampshire the leading trust situs in the United States.

In "New Hampshire Trust Laws," Perspecta principal Todd D. Mayo not only creates a compilation of New Hampshire’s current trust statutes, but also provides insightful commentary and a comprehensive reference of the legislative history of the state’s trust laws. While not intended for the lay person, Mr. Mayo’s book speaks to industry practitioners who wish to become more familiar with New Hampshire trust law, and the innovative trust designs that are available to families as a result those modernized laws.

Speaking to Mr. Mayo’s work, Perspecta Chairman Paul Montrone states, “New Hampshire has taken great strides over the last decade to craft a set of statutes that are user-friendly and easy to understand. Todd’s book is a testament to the work that has been done, and the advances that have been made.”

Further commenting on Mr. Mayo’s work, Perspecta President and Chairman of the New Hampshire Trust Council Scott Baker adds, “Whereas Todd has been instrumental in the writing of our current trust statutes, it is only fitting that he writes the book on them. I can think of no better person to write on the advantages that New Hampshire offers to those looking to establish or manage trusts in the state.”

Copies of the textbook can be obtained by emailing Perspecta at info(at)perspectatrust(dot)com or by calling 603-929-2218.
