When Mayfield City Schools (MCS) decided to find a new student information system (SIS), they realized that in addition to having Web-based, robust, integrated functionality, they wanted a professional service that could conduct a thorough data analysis and review best practices. MCS is maximizing its investment in the core SIS by implementing three Premium Products: Messenger with Voice, Online Payments and Online Registration. Messenger with Voice is used for daily and emergency notifications to staff, students and parents through email, text and voice messages. Online Payments gives parents a secure electronic payment option for food service and fee transactions. Online Registration streamlines student registration with a configurable solution for every district’s needs.
“Our system didn’t have any user-friendly online registration capabilities,” says Duplay. “We’re really excited about the opportunity to speed up our registration process with Online Registration.”
