New York Business Expo & Conference Celebrates 10th Event

The Northeast’s largest business trade expo invites business executives to New York's Javits Center October 30.

The largest business trade show in the Northeast will celebrate its 10th event at Manhattan's Javits Center on October 30.

“We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in the past 9 years, and are continuing to step it up this year with high-quality content and valuable resources for businesses of all shapes and sizes," said Marc Scherer, president of Event Management.

Event Management will hold its 10th New York Business Expo and Conference 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, Hall 1A, located at 655 W 34th St. in Manhattan. The event will bring together business executives, owners and entrepreneurs across professional industries to enjoy a day of networking and attend informative lectures from industry leaders.

Renowned speakers will share tactics, tools and tricks of the trade in topics such as brand strategy, inbound marketing, social media, business development and more. High-level experts include business leaders from Facebook, Constant Contact, Likeable Local and Co-Communications. “Last year’s New York Business Expo drew nearly 10,000 attendees – more than half of whom were owners, CEOs, presidents or partners at their companies,” said Marc Scherer, president of Event Management. “We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in the past 9 years, and are continuing to step it up this year with high-quality content and valuable resources for businesses of all shapes and size.”

Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the Social Media Lab, which will provide tools and demonstrations on how businesses can leverage popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. The Business Resource Pavilion will be available to attendees throughout the day, where companies can connect with 30-plus city, state and federal agencies for useful information to nurture business growth.
