Englewood, NJ (PRWEB) November 04, 2014
Mark Sadaka was just named to the 2014 Rising Stars List by New York Metro Area Super Lawyers. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state receive this honor.
When Mr. Sadaka started Sadaka Associates, he wanted to take cases representing individuals who face overwhelming odds. Sadaka takes on cases of serious personal injury from defective products and hazardous chemicals.
“The purpose of litigation should be to right wrongs and help correct the imbalance of power that exists in our society,” Sadaka said. “This recognition goes to show that we are honoring this purpose.”
The selections for this list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of the Thomson Reuters, Legal division based in Eagan, Minn. Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area and a good- standing and disciplinary check.
Sadaka is no stranger to accolades. This is the third time he has appeared on the New York Rising Stars list; he has also been named to the New Jersey list on two occasions. The National Trial Lawyers asked him to join their 2012 and 2013 “Top 40 Under 40” list of the top 40 trial lawyers under the age of 40 in New York State.
