Our goal is to become the go-to destination for public relations tools discovery and research. The feedback we receive from our presence at the conference will be incorporated into our roadmap going forward so we can achieve that goal.

JungleBuzzPRtools.com is taking to the road to spread the word about the first-ever, easy-to-use central location to find and learn about the vast array of available PR tools commonly used in the PR industry. The startup is exhibiting at the PRSA International Conference in Washington, D.C., where thousands of PR professionals from all career levels, sectors, work environments and industries come together for three days of practical insight, professional development and new ideas.
The first PR-specific tools database of its kind, JungleBuzz organizes the more than 300 tools into 25 categories. JungleBuzz does not recommend one tool over another; rather, it offers a unique opportunity to quickly and easily discover and evaluate the growing number of free and subscription-based tools and services available. The site offers an intuitive search approach that allows users to find tools by category or by keyword. With JungleBuzz, subscribers can quickly compare resources to find the ones best tuned to their needs.
“We are incredibly excited to be exhibiting at this year’s PRSA conference — I don’t think there’s a more important conference we could attend to formally debut JungleBuzz,” said Gina Milani, founder and virtual PR agency owner. “Our goal is to become the go-to destination for public relations tools discovery and research. The feedback we receive from our presence at the conference will be incorporated into our roadmap going forward so we can achieve that goal.”
All content in the JungleBuzz tools database is free with the exception of pricing and user comments. It is easy to upgrade to the premium “Safari” subscription, which makes it easy to compare pricing and see if others have used the tool, for $45/year
In addition to the valuable information in the database, JungleBuzz social media sites provide complementary information to the database that is proven to be helpful to PR pros in the course of their work. For example, the Facebook page has a number of resources pages, with the two latest pages just made available today. There are now four different types of resource content you can find there:
1. PR Resources — not quite tools, but useful resources nonetheless
2. Operations Resources — tools to help you run your PR business and operations
3. Job Seeking & Business Development Resources (NEW!) — resources for those looking to transition to a new job or indies looking for new business
4. PR Social Media Communities (NEW!) — growing online communities of PR and communications pros looking for ways to learn, network and connect
