Learn MCSE: Server Infrastructure 2012 Training Bundle at your own speed
(PRWEB) October 21, 2014
Software training firm Infinite Skills Inc. last week introduced its "MCSE: Server Infrastructure 2012 Training Bundle," a collection of courses covering the complete set of exams for the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert for learning to run a highly efficient and modern data center with Microsoft Server 2012.
The MCSE designation provides an official verification of the competencies involved in running a Server 2012 infrastructure, including identity management, systems management, virtualization, storage, networking, and preparing and authenticating competencies for employment as a computer support specialist or information security analyst.
Infinite Skills' "MCSE: Server Infrastructure 2012 Training Bundle" offers training based on published objectives for each course, providing as well a basic skill set which students can apply toward problem solving in their own lab environments
Course author John Savill has been training others in Windows technology for more than twenty years. He has been an 11 time Microsoft MVP, a senior contributor to Windows IT Pro Magazine, and a regular speaker at major technology education events such as Windows Connections. In all his work, Savill explains, his focus has been on communicating complex technological concepts to large audiences in an easy to understand manner.
The first set of exams, acknowledged by the preliminary MCSA designation, test skills and knowledge in the implementation of a core Windows Server 2012 infrastructure in an existing enterprise environment. The courses teach the configuration of core services such as Active Directory and networking services, including user and group management, network access, and data security, along with advanced tasks such as certificate services, identity federation, and fault tolerance.
The second set of exams, 70-413 through 70-414, the final exams for the MCSE designation, test the ability to design, implement, and maintain a Server 2012 infrastructure in an enterprise-scaled, highly virtualized environment. Skills include server deployment, server virtualization, network access, identity management, and server availability.
"What these exams test is your understanding of technology and your ability to use that technology and understand when something should be used," Savill says. "This courses emphasizes practical use, communicating both technical knowledge and problem solving skills that allow you to effectively administer a Windows Server 2012 network, and, as a side effect, pass the exam."
