Case Property Services has launched “Restructuring Quarterly,” a new publication to promote awareness and share stimulating analysis regarding distressed commercial real estate and the CMBS market.
Geared toward real estate stakeholders, the newsletter is filled with opinions and articles focused on relevant and pressing issues written by the Case team. The inaugural issue includes:
- hard hitting commentary relating to the US government’s continued attempts at productive intervention;
- a challenge that exposes the predicted refinancing boom; and
- effective strategies relating to the management of commercial real estate mortgages.
The newsletter is available publicly on the Case website at http://www.caseps.com/newsletter.
“This newsletter is intended to bring awareness to the many owners and stakeholders who may be unaware of the issues they face. It will also introduce them to potential solutions of which they may otherwise be unaware” said Shlomo Chopp, the managing partner of Case Property Services.
Mr. Chopp, the primary author of the newsletter has been a featured commentator on real estate shows and a panelist at real estate events. His writing and commentary have been featured in industry, regional and national publications, many of which can be viewed at http://www.caseps.com/media.
