About the author
Mona Hadeed is an active member of the parish of St Finbar’s Roman Catholic Church, Mona as well as a devoted mother of three children and grandmother of six. She was born and raised in the Caribbean island of Trinidad.

For over twenty-five years, she was the leader of the Holy Family Prayer Group, which is still active today. She has been on numerous pilgrimages, from which she has gained much spiritual insight and healing, in addition to strengthening her faith for her life’s journey.
