Recruiting Trends and Great Place to Work®’s Great Rated!™ announced Ray Kallas of Atmos Energy as the 2014 Recruiter of the Year. The award was presented today at the Recruiting Trends Conference at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Kallas was selected from among several hundred nominees, submitted from organizations around the world.
Ray is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Texas-based natural gas distributor Atmos Energy. Atmos Energy has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in four states. Ray is responsible for developing, managing and streamlining all recruiting processes as well as developing the strategic direction for the employment branding initiative. He was nominated many times over for both his achievements at Atmos Energy and for his efforts in his community.
