New iService Customer Interaction Solution Planned for 2015

One-to-One, Inc. announced today plans for a fully customizable customer interaction solution that will be release in the first half of 2015.

One-to-One, Inc. announced today that a new version of the iService Customer Interaction Solution will be released in 2015 with a completely new user interface. The new product will leverage the existing features of the iService solution, but will sport a user interface that is built entirely with iService forms.

“iService forms allow users to create custom apps that interact directly with the iService application,” said Scott Whitsitt, Founder and CEO of One-to-One “This new product will allow users to fully customize any aspect of the user interface to meet their business needs. The interface is being developed using the AngularJS by Google framework, and the source will be directly available to all customers. By using industry standard technologies, it will be easy for customers to modify the application or build custom apps tailored to their business.”

The iService customer interaction solution includes:

  •     iService Email Response Management to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
