“We’re excited to begin this integration agreement with Fazzi and to provide our customers – small and large – accessibility to a vendor authorized by CMS and the CAHPS Hospice Survey Project Team,” Greg Kite CEO of Consolo stated on Monday.

Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) is a series of patient surveys rating health care experiences in the United States. Beginning January 1, 2015 hospices are required to contract with an approved vendor to distribute surveys. The Hospice CAHPS Survey was designed to measure and assess the experiences of patients while receiving hospice care, by surveying their informal primary caregivers.
