The Beryl Institute announces the publication of Volume 1, Issue 2 of Patient Experience Journal (PXJ), an international, open access, peer-reviewed journal focused on research and proven practices around understanding and improving patient experience. PXJ includes a breadth of topics reinforcing the wide range and impact that patient experience has in the healthcare market today.
The second issue of PXJ supports the goal of elevating the patient experience conversation, helps align the voices engaged and provides the space for listening, learning and impact. It includes twenty articles from over 75 contributing authors on themes including:
