Hartman Leases 25,000 Square Feet in October

The Tasty Tails Corporation leased 3,410 SF of retail space for 5 years at 100 South Central Expressway in Dallas. Rick Ikeler and Tyler Isbell, with SRS Real Estate Partners, represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

The US Emerald Energy renewed 4,250 SF of office space for 1 year at 616 FM 1960 in Houston. Trey Young represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

The Kalahari Holdings, LLC renewed 5,097 SF of office space for 1 year at 616 FM 1960 in Houston. James Vann, with Moody Rambin, represented the tenant and Ami Figg represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

Dan’s Seafood leased 2,500 SF of retail space for 6 years at 6 Uvalde in Houston. Danny Morales represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

Select Physical Therapy renewed 6,644 SF of office space for 3 years at 15311 West Vantage Parkway in Houston. Trey Young represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.
