The team is able to see a picture of the patient, the patient’s status, and phone number. With a click of the mouse the team can answer the phone, place the call on hold, or send the call to a voice messaging system. With an additional click, the team can view the patient’s dental record. The integration is available without charge to all Curve Dental customers who migrate from their existing phone systems to Jive Communications.
