Kristin Ackerman, Senior Associate for Verit Advisors will participate in a webinar presented by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) on Tuesday, December 16, 2014. The topic is “The ESOP Exit Strategy – Why an AE Company Should Consider and ESOP as a Corporate Exit Strategy.”

The webinar will focus on the question is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) right for your organization? Employee stock ownership plans, or ESOPs, have not been a big part of the M&A discussion for many years, but a variety of recent factors is changing that perception.

Kristin Ackerman, is a founding member of Verit Advisors and focuses her time on financial modeling, pitch materials, management presentations and business development.
