Global golf entertainment leader Topgolf International, Inc. today announced a new sponsorship and business services relationship with AT&T Mobility LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T), to deliver a superior interactive experience for Topgolf fans in the United States.
Together the companies will provide advanced mobile technology to further benefit Topgolf fans. As part of the sponsorship, AT&T is powering a 70-inch social media wall inside each Topgolf facility. Each wall will display a scrolling feed of visitors’ Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts, allowing fans to share their Topgolf experience with other guests in a unique and visual way. Topgolf also will integrate AT&T into its mobile app that allows guests to share their scores via social media.
In addition to the sponsorship, Topgolf has selected AT&T to provide a robust, end-to-end communications solution that encompasses a variety of services from a fiber-based MPLS platform to a mobility suite of services that is delivered over the nation’s most reliable 4G LTE network. With AT&T, Topgolf’s network needs are met for the foreseeable future, including the ability to scale its operations both in the United States and around the world.
